TSS MEMBER PORTAL

One of the most important services you have is the TSS Member Portal, your secure online portal where you can view your plan coverage, download your ID Card, view your claims information, view any messages sent to you, and find many other helpful resources.
If your school requires you to provide a pdf of the ID card then you will need to set up an account in the TSS Member Portal to obtain a copy of the card. You can set up your account approximately 72 hours after your enrollment is complete.

Please note ID cards for a policy are available when the member enrollment is completed.  You will receive an email from TSS with the link to set up your account and the ID number you will need for account setup.  If you have not created an account, learn more here.

HEALTHCARE PROVIDER SEARCH

Look for a specific provider by name and/or request a list of providers within a certain mile radius from your school.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDER SEARCH

Search by name or by mile radius from your school within the provider network for a psychologist/psychiatrist

RX ACCOUNT SET UP AND PROVIDER SEARCH

The pharmacy network for you plan is CVS caremark.  You can use the link above to locate pharmacies and set up an account.

PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENT

To authorize another individual to act on your behalf for health insurance matters with UnitedHealthcare StudentResources, simply log into My Account and complete the Personal Representative Appointment Form (PRA Form) in the Forms & Letters section of the home screen. Alternatively, you may download here the PRA Form, complete, and fax it to the number indicated on the form.
